The pleasant environment and caring personnel. In terms of improvement they all revolve around food: Menu choice, unimaginative use of vegetables. Why not fresh carrots not tinned for example. And the soup was often so thick as to be inedible. Yet overall the experience was a decent one and far better than general hospitals.

It was all good cannot fault at all. I can see how hard the staff work and I admire that. I can't find fault, perhaps a few more staff.

I've been treated fairly. Nurses always curtious. More staff would been improvement.

Could not make improvements on something thats perfect. Food is perfect but sometimes not everyone taste.

The staff all work at top gear and I dont see where anything can be improved. Although I've been ill I've enjoyed the experience and I havent. Heard anyone say a bad word about if I was told I had to come in again I would hesitate.
